Characteristics and Applications of EMI Filters

1) Welded EMI Filter

Welded EMI Filter are ideal for small installation spaces.

Application: Mainly used for filtering signals, data lines, and AC power lines. Telecommunications equipment, transimission equipment, microwave filters, industrial computers, composite circuit filter components;

2) Resin sealed threaded EMI filter

Resin seal bolt type EMI filter with the matching nut and washer can be easily installed to the through hole position;

Resin sealing at both ends of the sturby housing provides good environmental protection.

Application: Mainly used for filtering signals, data lines, and DC power lines; among them, micro-extrusion installation or screw installation is an ideal choice for applications when welding is not suitable, suitable for microwave and other high-frequency applications;

Voltage: up to 2500VDC/250VAC

3) High current and high voltage resin sealed EMI filter

Application: High current filters are mainly used in high current switching power supplies and DC charging systems.
